The Matched Image Production Van is available, as a loan vehicle for you to use to carry production equipment, hired from the Matched Image premises, to your production location.

- 2 Meter Jib Arm, tripod and weights
- 1 dolly Pneumatic and pipe track wheels, 4 meters of pipe track
- 3 x ‘C’ stands
- 2 x Trace frames, 6 x cutters, 4 x reflector boards and 2 x Polly Boards
- Blacks and clamps
- 6 x Sand Bags
- Plus plenty of spare room for your camera kit and/or props
- Additional Equipment can be hired from the Matched Image Rate Card
Van Loan Agreement

The Lighting and Grips Van is on loan from Matched Image. The van is provided free of charge. If an insurance claim is levied relating to damage either to the Matched Image Van, or damage caused by the Matched Image Van, an insurance excess charge will apply. The excess will vary, depending on the driver or drivers age; in accordance with standard motor vehicle insurance policy.

Hire rate includes all lighting and grip equipment listed. Additional equipment can be hired from the Matched Image Rate Card (download here).

The van will be provided with a full tank of fuel, and to avoid a re-fuel charge the fuel tank should be full on the van’s return.

Up to 150 kilometers per day are included, as part of the loan agreement. A charge of 30cents per kilometer traveled, over the free 150 kilometers per day will be levied to assist with the general maintenance of the van.

All traffic or parking fines will be charged back to the equipment hirer.

The driver or drivers of the Matched Image loan van, must have a current manual drivers license. As part of the Matched Image loan agreement, your license number must be quoted when booking the vehicle.
